I have been solving computer problems for 20+ years at both large scale (30,000 computing devices) corporations to the small company and home users. I can quickly troubleshoot and resolve problems based on my wide knowledge base or background and common sense. Superior Design / Boeing
Computer Installer/Configuration Technician
Contracted to Boeing, Core Project Resources Group. Installed and configured PC’s, printers, Catia workstations. Installed network routers/bridges and connection of Cat 5, fiber, type 1, and coax cabling. Performed system administration and troubleshooting duties. Led teams of installers on major upgrade and new installation projects (approximately 200-300 machines per day). Worked with multiple platforms and operating systems in regards to installation, configuration, operation, and troubleshooting network and software problems.
